To lodge a code of conduct complaint please follow the below steps:
Code of conduct complaint process;
- Complainant completes complaint form
- Complaint manager contacts complainant to discuss complaint and process
- Complaints Manager contacts Respondent to discuss the complaint and sends a copy of the complaint for response
- Complaint is determined or further evidence is obtained
- Sanction (if any) issued
